To be better prepared for disasters in Turkey, LANDCOM members, staff, and families can find safe, pre-designated assembly areas within their city/province at the link below.

This site is from the official webpage of Ministry of Interior Disaster and Emergency Management Authority and is not affiliated with NATO/LANDCOM. It is, however, helpful for LANDCOM personnel to identify meeting areas that are designated the safest places, likely to be damage free, and where disaster assistance will be provided:

The website is in Turkish, but non-Turkish speaking users can quickly identify their nearest meeting points by taking the following steps:

1. Enter the city (il), district (ilce), neighbourhood (mahalle) and street number (cadde/sokak)

2. Click on the Red line that appears on the map

3. Pre-designated assembly areas will appear
