US Senior Defense Official and Defense Attache visits LANDCOM

Brigadier General Marc Sasseville, US Senior Defense Official (SDO) and Defense Attache (DATT) , Ankara, Turkey visited the Allied Land Command ( LANDCOM) – NATO Headquarters, Izmir, Turkey, April 14, 2015. Lieutenant General John W. Nicholson, Commander LANDCOM and his staff welcomed the SDO and Defense Attache and was given a brief of NATO LANDCOM and its organization. BG Saseville’s visit was to gain a better understanding of LANDCOM and its mission for the Alliance. BG Sasseville also visited the Izmir area Turkish Air Force Commanders to promote US and Turkey military to military bilateral relationships.
