NATO Land Engineers Conference

NATO Land Engineers Conference (NLEC) was conducted in LANDCOM on 24-25 March 2015.

The purpose of the NLEC is to provide a forum in which the focus of effort is development of better interaction between HQ LANDCOM Engineers and the Formation Engineer staff within the NATO Force Structure (NFS), specifically the Graduated Readiness Forces (Land) (GRFL).

The NLEC continued to pursue the work-strands initiated in 2014, with particular emphasis on: information sharing, understanding engineer capabilities across the NFS (specifically NATO Response Force Pool) and the general optimisation of working relations between the GRFL formations and HQ LANDCOM.
